This build focuses on having to keep the effect of Unstoppable Beast at 100% uptime. Of course, the gearing choices will be far from the best TTK choices and, consequently, TTK will suffer.
Basic information:
Unstoppable Beast gets a duration of 1s + 1s per max Fury spent. To hit 100% uptime, a minimum of 2900 Fury is required. However, Power Duration affects both Unstoppable Beast and Wetwork which means it would be a good idea to invest into it instead of stacking pure Fury. As a result, only a minimum of 1900 Fury is needed for a 100% uptime with at least 50% Power Duration.

Gear choices are what would usually be on for Wolverine with the exception of slots 2 to 4 as they all require to have a Power Duration stat. Medallion is swapped to Doctor Doom for Power Duration as well.
Fury stacking is a must hence the choice of Gibborim and Mkraan. Consequently, this gives a better CHR value than when equipped with Axe for the legendary slot allowing for focused BHR gearing for artifacts. If the player has high IP values, it is highly suggested to invest into the Spirit/Fury node to change Gibborim to Atlantis for better TTK results.
Artifacts are highly variable except for Arc Reactor/Cybernetics Implant but it is highly suggested to keep at least Advanced Circlet of Cyttorak due to providing Brutal Strike Rating. Mane and SCS can be changed to more TTK-inclined artifacts if preferred.
Now it's time for me to stop talking in third person. I admit that I expected this build to have a sorely horrible TTK -- the kind only Cap, Task, and GG can provide -- but that doesn't seem to be the case. Even with the SCS and Mane equipped and missing 3 cosmic affixes(I currently only have the 10% signature reduction), and a bit of damage from my core, it resulted in a decently placed TTK. Of course, your mileage may vary when it comes to TTK values but given how high the survivability of this build is, it actually isn't bad at all.
TTK at 2:31. Starts from 0:09 and ends at 2:40 , just before 2:41 hits.

For the rotation:
Start with Crimson Leap -> Bloody Sweep for Vulnerability -> Wetwork then immediately proceed to using 3 charges of the signature - Furious Assault -> Tornado Claw -> Eviscerate. Use skills off cooldown but don't use Furious Assault until you have close to 3 charges again. The recharge should be 15s or less if you have the cosmic affix which would make most, if not all, of it fit into the last few seconds of Wetwork. Make sure to prioritize this as Wetwork helps Furious Assault deal consistent Brutal Hits resulting to very high decrease in TTK.
When Wetwork is in cooldown, use skills off-cooldown. However, if Wetwork is almost out of cooldown, wait for it to get out of cooldown before starting/using all 3 charges of Furious Assault to be able to fit 2 3-charges of Furious Assault into one Wetwork buff.
For advanced players, there is a small window(around 2.5s) in which your Furious Assault charges will be filled and Wetwork is still under cooldown. In this case, you can opt to use one charge of Furious Assault followed by a Tornado Claw(or none at all) to not waste the cooldown it has. This will still end up giving you around 2 3-charges of Furious Assault but the room for error is quite small.
Tornado Claw results into better DPS than Run Through but Run Through does not miss. This may be something to take into consideration when playing against mobile bosses such as Cable, Juggernaut, GG, etc.
So just how high is the survivability of this build? Regeneration is high enough to out-regenerate most spike damage given that the player doesn't die in a single(ie. Juggernaut's/Kingpin's/Rhino's charge) or quick stream of hits(ie. Hyper Viper Beam).
To showcase the regeneration of the build, here are two runs of Simulation #77. Try to lower your volumes a bit because I'm listening a track in the background and it may be pretty loud.
I should note that in the second video, Cable gets the "Amplifier Device" affix which resulted in me not tanking any Hyper Viper Beam blasts.

Finally, I want to say thanks to @BrockTheRock for providing me with his build with was the inspiration and the base template of this build and to @bobovindo for being a great friend all-around and moreso when it comes to Wolverine. No bo, I won't wear the Patch costume because I don't want to look like you.
