I'm not sure if its been said but he could really use one. Many of his abilities could be combined as they are so similar. He needs to be slowed down tremendously in terms of Atk Spd and then up the damage. One or two quick hit abilities is fine but he looks and feels like a PCP addict trying to poke as many holes in something as he can before his drugs wear off... Not very Wolverine-esque.
